Our classes invite kids, teens, and adults to create something beautiful and delicious while learning about the history and culture behind each recipe. Every session features both a sweet and a savory bake, enriched by classical music and touches of language learning that celebrate the global joy of food. Founder, Chef & CEO
Hi! I’m Amal, a lifelong baker, educator, and lover of all things creative. Originally from Lebanon and raised in Canada, I’ve been baking for over 20 years, filling kitchens with the sweet scent of cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and muffins. What started as a simple love for baking turned into a passion project and a home-based business that’s brought joy (and plenty of sugar!) to many.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll often find me surrounded by books. I’ve been a teacher and librarian for over 15 years, or designing something beautiful through graphic design. I’m also a proud mom of two wonderful kids who are now in university, chasing their own dreams. Through my baking classes, I love sharing not just recipes, but the stories, cultures, and creativity that make baking such a meaningful experience.

Meet Judi, my wonderful daughter and right-hand helper in our baking adventures. At just 18, she’s already pursuing her passion for learning and leadership as a university student majoring in Business Management. Her creativity, organization, and bright spirit bring so much energy to our classes.
She’s been baking alongside me since she was little, measuring flour with a serious face and decorating cupcakes with pure joy. That early love for baking has grown into a true talent, and she now plays an important role in helping our students feel confident and inspired in the kitchen.
