Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change! However, because our baking classes require advance preparation, including ingredients, materials, and limited spots, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the class will receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the class will receive a 50% refund or credit.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class, or no-shows, are non-refundable as all supplies and ingredients will have been purchased.

Rescheduling:

• You may reschedule once (subject to availability) if you contact us at least 3 days before your class.

Missed Classes:

• Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes.

Class Cancellations by Us:

• If a class must be canceled due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.
